Contest Rules:
This Contest is open to all writers from the HR and recruitment business.
The only condition for this contest is that there is no profanity, illicit sex,
or excessive brutality in your entry.
Authors have to first register on the site in order to be able to post articles. Contestants have a 30-day
period through which they can write as many blog entries as they wish. The articles, though, have to be
based on recruitment issues, current events from the HR industry, opinions, news, etc. After the entry is uploaded,
it will receive a certain number of hits and feedback.
These hits and feedback, which are directly controlled by site visitors, are the foundation on which
our Blog of The Month evaluation system is based. The formula is as follows:
number of hits per blog is divided by number of feedbacks for a given article.
The closer the number is to one (1), the more chances the author has to be the winner.
Example: Blog A has been visited (hits) 120 times and has 50 feedback comments,
and Blog B has been visited 10 times and has 7 comments. By using the formula the result of Blog A is
(120/50 = 2,4) and the result of Blog B is (10/7 = 1,42). This means that Blog B wins because more
people who visited it were interested in the content and posted a comment. We believe this system
is content and reader-driven and completely objective.
The period of the contest starts on the first day of each month at 12am and finishes on the last
day at 12am. The winner will be announced the next day after the contest is over and our team will get
in touch with him through the contact details provided during registration.
